Overall, the responsibilities of WSANDN Representatives involve representing the interests of their constituents, participating in decision-making processes, and facilitating effective communication between members and the organization. Their role is crucial in ensuring that the the WSANDN remains responsive to the needs and concerns of its members, and that the voices of members are heard and considered in the decision-making processes. WSANDN Representatives are community problem solvers, they are nation builders and pillars of the society. They're special because they help to address and directly meet the needs of every community worldwide.

Responsibilities
An approved  WSANDN Representative is be responsible for the following:
1. Operate WSANDN offices and co-ordinate all WSANDN activities and programs within your specific jurisdiction in accordance to issued guidelines. 
2. Play a crucial role in shaping policies and strategies at the local and global levels, ensuring that the purposes and benefits of the WSANDN are maximized while minimizing potential risks. 
3. Fostering innovation, driving economic growth, and addressing societal challenges throughout their subnational and national jurisdictions. 
4. Work under the oversight of the WSANDN Global Headquarters, and responsible for representing their dedicated jurisdiction, region or nation in various meetings and discussions to contribute their insights and perspectives on various issues which help to shape the direction and policies of the organization. 
5. Play a crucial role in advocating for the interests and concerns of their constituent, as well as working towards finding common ground and solutions to shared challenges. 
6. Actively engage with members, listening to their feedback, and advocating for their needs and priorities. 
7. Through collaboration and dialogue, promote cooperation and understanding among different levels of government and stakeholders within the WSANDN network.
8. Additionally, act as liaisons between the organization's leadership and both government agencies, providing valuable insights and information to both parties to facilitate communication and collaboration on matters of mutual interest. 
9. Act as a liaison between their communities/constituents and the organization's leadership, serving as a point of contact for members to raise concerns, seek information, and provide feedback. They ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained, fostering transparency and accountability within the organization. 
10. Ensure that funds allocated are appropriately utilized and in accordance with WSANDN guidelines.
