The WSANDN Agencies Representatives have a vital role in fully representing the selected Agency in their designated constituencies. They also advocate for the interests of their constituents, actively participate in decision-making processes, and facilitate effective communication between members and the organization. Their responsibilities are crucial in ensuring that the organization remains responsive to the needs and concerns of its members, and that their voices are heard and taken into account during decision-making.

Responsibilities
1. An approved Agency Representative is responsible for operating specific WSANDN Agency offices and co-ordinates all WSANDN activities and programs within dedicated jurisdiction.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact between the particular WSANDN Agency and various government bodies at different levels.
3. Act as the primary point of contact between the Agency and their respective constituencies, ensuring effective communication and maintaining strong relationships. They are responsible for understanding the needs of the communities/constituencies, responding appropriately and then relaying this information to the Agency's international Head office.
4. Coordinating and overseeing the execution of projects. Agency Representatives collaborate with various departments within the Global Agency Offices, such as creative, production, finance, account and management teams, to ensure that projects are delivered on time as well as meet the Agency's and the constituent’s expectations. This involves monitoring project progress, resolving any issues that may arise, and providing regular updates to both the Agency and all stakeholders.
5. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local and national officials, advocating for the Agency’s interests, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
6. Identifying opportunities and threats for the Agency, and strategizing on how to best engage with the community and all stakeholders to achieve the Agency’s objectives.
7. Work under the supervision of the WSANDN Global Headquarters to facilitate partnerships in the interest of the Agency and to the benefit the community.
8. Navigate governmental processes and regulations in securing necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for any of the Agency's operations while also promoting a positive relationship with government agencies and all stake holders.
9. Additionally, act as liaisons between the Agency and both government agencies/people, providing valuable insights and information to both parties to facilitate communication and collaboration on matters of mutual interest.
10. Ensure that funds allocated are appropriately utilized and in accordance with WSANDN guidelines.
11. Actively seek out new opportunities, identify potential projects, organize and engage in activities to expand the agency's community base. This includes organizing and attending industry events, networking with key stakeholders, and preparing and delivering presentations to showcase the Agency's capabilities.
12. Agency Representatives also stay updated on industry trends and all activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
