Within the WSANDN system, there exist the WORLD SUBNATIONALS and NATIONS, alongside multiple funds, programs, and specialized agencies. Each of these entities operates within their designated area of work, management structure, and financial resources. Unlike assessed contributions, the programs and funds rely on voluntary contributions for funding. The Specialized Agencies, being independent international organizations, receive funding from both voluntary and assessed contributions. The Organization coordinates its efforts with the separate entities within the WSANDN system to accomplish its goals. Most of the specialized agencies affiliated with WSANDN were created concurrently with the organization to address emerging issues, while others were established directly by WSANDN or through agreements. These independent international organizations, referred to as Specialized Agencies, collaborate with WORLD SUBNATIONALS and NATIONS to achieve the goals of the organization.

WSandNEP, which stands for the WORLD SUBNATIONALS and NATIONS Environment Programme, is devoted to fostering environmental sustainability within the WORLD SUBNATIONALS framework. Through its role as a catalyst, advocate, educator, and facilitator, WSandNEP actively promotes responsible environmental practices, the judicious utilization of global resources as well as the prevention of harmful activities like engineering and manipulations that result in artificial harm to the environment, lives, and properties.

WHLF advocates passionately for equal rights and opportunities, ensuring that every individual has the chance to live. By investigating the causes of human deaths, WHLF strives to prevent causes of human deaths and remains steadfast in its commitment to finding solutions that promote a good and healthy life for each and every person.

WSHF The main objective of World Subnational Habitat Fund (WSHF) is to promote the growth of socially and environmentally sustainable communities, ensuring that everyone has access to suitable housing. It is an initiative focused on human settlements and sustainable urban development. According to the mandate of the World Subnationals and Nations General Assembly, the WSHF provide aid for towns and cities that are socially and environmentally sustainable. It is a member of the World Subnational Development Group.

The main goal of the WSCF is to actively investigate the underlying causes of climate crises and to support the development of a collective global response to combat artificially-induced climate crises.

The WSANDN Food and Agriculture Agency (WSFAA) is the global organization that carries out the operation of fighting against hunger and malnutrition. It’s services are grassroot subnational, national and international, covering all developed and developing nations with the mandate to eliminate malnutrition and hunger by healthy food production. WSFAA also provides a neutral forum where all stakeholders in the food and agriculture industry worldwide debate, negotiate and develop policies for healthy food production.

The International Food and Agricultural Development Fund (IFADF) is responsible for providing funding and aid for healthy food production and agricultural development worldwide. It supports the international efforts of farmers and stakeholders in the food and agriculture industry as well as the WSandN Food and Agriculture Agency WSFAA. The IFADF serves both developed and developing nations, by providing funding for agricultural and food security projects, to assist rural farmers, agricultural research programs and plant and local and international subsidy of agricultural products, animal disease prevention, promoting awareness/education, providing emergency relief to farmers in response to disasters etc.

The World Aviation Organization (WAO) is the main global regulatory body of the WsandN for the aviation industry. The aim of the World Aviation Organization (WAO) is to provide aviation industry oversight, development and advancement of local and international air transportation, with safety, security and growth as the main focus. It formulates and recommends new principles and techniques for air navigation for subnational, national and international operations both developed in and developing nations.

The International Aviation Fund (IAF) is an autonomous specialized agency of the World Subnationals and Nations, It is saddled with the responsibility of funding the development of the aviation industry worldwide. It’s major activities include funding subnational, national, and international aviation projects for both private and public entities. Parts of which are funding for aviation research and safety programs, awareness/education, technology developments, infrastructures, other capital projects etc. It is dedicated to guaranteeing funding of the aviation industry developments.

The World Labour Congress (WLC) is an agency of the World Subnationals and Nations for advance social and economic justice, to improve the employment and living conditions of workers worldwide. The WLC upgrades global labour standards to assist in eradication of poverty. The WLC's creates standards which ensure more favourable working conditions of freedom, accessibility, dignity, productivity, sustainability, equity and security. The WLC stands for the protection of human rights, including the fundamental freedoms of assembly and association and the right to strike, preventing compulsory membership in trade unions, and outlawing child labour as well as discrimination in respect of employment and occupation. The WLC is one of the few (if not the only) labour organization in the world that cares to pay her members a stipend when they are out of job to aleviate hardship and contribute to local and global economies. It is one of the many ways we contribute towards eradication of poverty worldwide.

The International Labour Fund (ILF) is a specialized agency of the World Subnationals and Nations, established for the funding of the global workers welfare. The ILF has a major commitment towards global poverty eradication. It manages and provides funding for the worker’s hardship alleviation payment, which is specifically paid to workers who are without employment worldwide in collaboration with the World Labour Congress (WLC).

The World Maritime Agency (WMA) serves global maritime affairs with a focus on the safety, security of navigation, prevention of pollution from ships and other maritime related practices. It provides a useful platform for cooperation between the interests of government and those of the shipping industry. The WMA is an independent international membership organisation, established by the World Subnationals and Nations and it maintains consultative status with other local and international organisations that have interests in international shipping. It also provides a neutral forum for all stakeholders in the maritime industry worldwide to debate, negotiate and develop policies guiding their affairs with focus on safety, security, development and co-operation. The WMA creates protocols for maritime accident prevention and investigation as well as efficient emergency interventions.

As the name implies, the main purpose of the EGF is Global economic growth with the focus to end global poverty. The World Subnationals Education Agency (WSEA) is a specialized agency established for the and development of the education sector. The WSEA has a major commitment to eradicate illiteracy globally by supporting the efforts of all educational institutions worldwide for expansion and effectiveness. The agency also supports all eligible people to get education by offering free education, scholarships and education loans in collaboration with the World Subnational Education Fund.

The World Subnationals and Nations Peace Agency (WsandNPA) is the agency that oversees global peace efforts. The WsandNPA works with citizens, governments and various organisations at grassroot, subnational, national and international levels to ensure peaceful elimination of brewing crises through mediation, arbitration and different forms of diplomacy, with the goal of preventing tensions from escalating to conflicts of a bloody nature. There is a firm collaboration with the World Peace Court, as a center for arbitration to find amicable legally binding settlements for disputes and conflicts. The mantra of the WsandNPA is Peaceful Settlement of disputes, crises and conflicts. The Agency does not support or engage in any for of violence, force or millitary interventions.

The Global Agency for Trade (GAT) is an international organization that oversees and facilitates global trade for the World Subnational and Nations with the aim is to make trade as efficient, predictable and open as possible. It establishes a framework for the negotiation of trade agreements, the reduction of tariffs, the removal of quotas and other restrictions, the facilitation of trade between all subnationals and national territories and the transfer of intellectual property, the management of independent dispute resolution, the enforcement of participants' compliance with trade agreements and the resolution of trade-related issues. GAT reserves exceptions for the protection of the environment, the protection of national security and the prohibition of discrimination against trading partners.

WPA
The Weapons Prohibition Agency (WPA) is an international organization for the banning and control of weapons. Its primary purpose is to coordinate the global effort to eliminate weapons in a way that is consistent and verifiable in order to achieve a peaceful society without war. WPA works to promote, enforce and verify compliance with the Global Agreement for Weapons Prohibition (GAWP). This agreement prohibits the use (as well as encourage the destruction) of all forms of Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). Verification involves both evaluation of declarations made by citizens, States and onsite visits. According to the WPA, weapons’ use is illegal according to international law. That is because citizens of nations around the world have accepted that no nation or individual should use weapons that are capable or primarily manufactured for human destruction.
